    christmas dishes
i prepared beef embutido, steamed fish with mayo, lechon kawali and almond lychee for dessert in the christmas get-together we went to. here are the pics of the fish and lechon, the other dishes are in this album. :) enjoy!

steamed trout with mayo - my first attemp, i could not remember how to arrange the sliced eggs on the fish. i'm doing the dish again tomorrow and hopefully it will look a lot nicer. but mind you, it tastes really great! ;)

the lechon kawali, i just added an over the counter sauce to top it off... another big hit!my friend's husband actually asked her to cook the dish again a few days after :)

ahhh... christmas is just so delicious! :)
