    our first family movie date
for the first time since Franco was born (which is exactly 2 years, 1 month, 3 weeks and 6 days ago) all three of us went into a cinema and actually watched a movie. We chose Tuesday because it's the half-priced-movie-tickets-day in the cinema we're going to. we watched Prime, starring Uma Thurman, Meryl Streep and that young cute guy i didn't get the name of. it's actually not your typical "family" movie... it's an adult one, but since the show will start at 7pm, we went ahead thinking that the little boy will eventually fall asleep during the moview... and he did... after about 45 minutes of the movie. it's a really nice movie, very realistic, still a feel-good one (even if they didn't end up together in the end.... ooopss! spoiler! :p) what stuck to me were the words merryl streep said, "love, learn and then move on..." come to think of it... that's quite right! it's a movie i'd recommend watching, it's heart warming.

in that moviehouse, there was this "crying room" where the area is enclosed in glass walls, accomodates about 8 seats, i think and has a nappy change area! really nice! :) now, this gives us no more excuses for new movies, it's really a bright idea! the cinema is very new, just opened middle of this year, the seats are very comfy. we will definitely do it again!

We've already booked for Harry Potter on December 3! and we're watching it in the cinelounge portion.. you know, those "date" type seats complete with tables in between, wine delivered to your table and that business class seat. best part is we got the tickets for free! i never experienced watching a movie in the lounge-type section, now's the first! i sure hope our little boy will enjoy the movie and seat throughout the show, or just sleep through it, maybe? :)
