again, i've been slacking on blogging. been going out and about in switzerland every weekend, touring mother dear and ourselves as well - i will be posting on those trips hopefully soon. in the meantime, we are looking forward to this weekend, here's where we'll be on saturday:

in summary: every autumn, cows are set to go down from the mountains to find shelter from the freezing winter of the alps. they made a festival of this tradition, where nombreux troupeaux fleuris - meaning, numbers of herds will be all dressed up, with the traditional bell on their necks and flowers on their heads and the people will be in their national costumes, as well! it is a very swiss festival we are looking forward to it! and by the way, the town is where the famous swiss gruyere cheese is made, so we will be doing our own "milking" as well! :)

here's praying for a good weekend weather! :)
